Warranty
We have a lifetime warranty on all of our genuine melle (2mm and smaller) stones set in studio. Should your stone ever get dislodged and lost we will replace and repair. * This does not include large center stones, although we will assit in helping repair— we will not be able to replace diamond 3mm or larger at no cost.

I generally do not write reviews, but I wanted potential customers to know what to expect. I ordered around the holidays, so I didn't mind that it took nearly a month to get to me. Upon arrival, I inspected it and emailed regarding the misalignment of the initial on the disk. I got no response. So I waited 2 weeks before sending a follow-up email to see if the seller would be willing to remedy the situation (or just acknowledge my email even if they were unwilling to do an exchange) but again, I got no response.
I have posted two photos showing details of the disk pendant. The initial is misaligned both horizontally and vertically, and the back looks unrefined and unfinished. If you look at the top left edge of the back, you'll see pieces of the metal hanging off; this is a bit scratchy on the skin! It's hard to show all the details, but upon closer inspection, you can see dips, bubbles, and scratches on the finish as well.
I was very excited to receive this pendant with its lovely design, but the quality and finish is not there, especially having waited a month for it. I understand that there can be small variances due to its handcrafted nature, and perhaps I'm just nitpicky, but in my opinion, this pendant's quality doesn't match the price. I try to support small business but this will be the first and last purchase from JonLuc.
